Terms & Conditions


Lead Time Policy

Lead times can be updated at any time without notice to our customers. Estimating lead times for pre-orders can be impacted by innumerable internal and external factors. Negative Supply will work diligently to keep supporters updated with current lead times and delivery estimates, but ultimately reserves the right to change lead times at any point, and this can impact previously placed orders, orders in the placement process, and future orders without limitation.


Shipping Policy

We ship primarily through UPS, FedEx, and USPS both for domestic and international orders. Shipping notifications are sent via email to the address provided us during checkout, and online tracking is typically available within 48 hours of the shipping notification being sent. Most US orders shipped will arrive within 1-5 business days, depending on location. Our primary UPS international service, UPS Expedited, has most shipments arriving abroad with 3-7 business days.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that 100% accurate and complete shipping information is provided at time of checkout. Negative Supply is not liable for shipments sent to incorrect addresses if incorrect or incomplete information was provided during checkout.

If a package is lost in transit it is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with the shipper. Negative Supply will not fulfill replacement orders until a claim has been submitted and the package has been deemed lost. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.


Customs and Duty Fees Policy

Customs and duty fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Negative Supply can not provide any compensation or information regarding these fees as they differ from country to country.


Warranty

We proudly include a 2 year international warranty for manufacturing defects or any damages from normal use.  Our warranty is non-transferable, and proof of original receipt is required for warranty service.  Negative Supply customer service must be contacted prior to a product being sent in for service, and a warranty service ticket will be issued.  

Damage caused from improper handling, attempted repair or modification, etc., will not be covered. 


Order Cancellation and Return Policy

Once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled or modified or returned under any circumstances. All sales are final. This is also listed in a box you must check to complete your order. If there is an issue with any items in your order, we stand behind our 2 year warranty to make sure your tools work as they should.

When you place an order with Negative Supply, whether for items in stock for immediate shipment OR for products on a lead time, these funds are used to buy and manufacture parts for your order, pay our growing roster of Negative Supply team members, and keep our facilities running 24 hours a day. We are a small business and work very hard to streamline our process as much as possible.

Trade-In Policy

Our online form must be filled out before your trade-in is mailed in. You are responsible for the shipping of your tools to be traded in. Once your tools arrive in the shop, please allow for up to 48 business hours to process your trade in. You will receive an emailed code for the trade-in value of your tools. There is no cash value for any products traded in. You will only be compensated via a store credit. This is meant as a trade-in program to upgrade to our latest products.

All traded in tools must function as they should and include all accessories they came with new. Ex. Film Carrier MK1 must come with advance knob. Your trade in credit can be deducted if you are missing significant parts/accessories. Cosmetic flaws are completely fine and will not affect your trade in value.
