This scanning hood securely mounts to your Pro Film Carrier 35 or Basic Film Carrier 35 MK2 and reduces glare when scanning in well lit rooms, helping to reduce ambient light glare/bleed and increasing contrast in scans. If you have a room with plenty of window light or if you have a room with lots of overhead lights, this hood will prevent excess light from bleeding onto your scans.

Now available: Film Carrier 35 Scanning Hood Extension! This extension adds 3.25in to allow you to shield more ambient light when using longer focal length lenses (100mm+ full frame equivalent lenses generally).
